We are home safe and sound

in the warmth of the heat pump

I have 3 tired girlies

1 tired (and a bit crabby) mumma (me)

and 2 very happy kitty's

Mr Henrycat is sooooo happy we are home he

(for the first time in the 4 years I have been his mumma)

curled up and slept on my lap, while I had a nap

in the armchair.

So photos and tales will have to wait until tomorrow

I am 100% sure I am tired and crabby because I had

to go to the supermarket today as we had very little food

and I had to get the headlight adjusted as the globe blew

in NSW and the car yard dude there didn't adjust it

so mr truck driver I DID NOT have my high beams on this morning

just a sitting high headlight sorry!

now I am going to have some dinner and

watch Time Team on ABC!

so until tomorrow

I can see

Devonport yippee but whoa is it cold, the cold was shock to my system.

Girlies have travelled so well I am exhausted I don't think we will be doing much today except relaxing with the kitty's who are lonely apparently at least I left the heat pump on for them lol. The Spirit is filled to capacity we have lots of people on board who thanks to the volcano in Chile haven't been able to fly. I do have to say though men who snore should be forced to get cabins we have been 'serenaded' all night. At least the coffee is semi ok waiting for the real coffee bar to open then I will be set.

Still here

We are still alive and well, loving being in NSW with dh. We were supposed to leave tomorrow but we are having such a nice time we are now leaving next Tuesday morning for Melbourne and will catch the Spirit of Tasmania Tuesday night.

I hear the weather has been absolute crap at home, lots of rain, wind and snow so we are happy to have missed all that but I do miss my kitties Harry and Henrycat I just hope they have been behaving themselves.

Can you believe we got onto the boat last week I got the girlies organised with books, ipods and card games went to grab my bag of stitching to discover I didn't have it with me as we were still in port I was able to get back to the car and no sewing hiding in there either, I left it sitting on my cutting table...... But..... On Saturday we paid a visit to the most delicious patchwork/needlecraft store in Merimbula where i picked up a paper peiced antique sampler quilt pattern, some yummy japanese indigo prints, a glue pen, needle and thread so I am paper peicing while I am here then today I picked up the latest homespun and they had a patchwork shop tour of Victoria and there is a shop in Taralgon I will stop at on the way home for a look she has a large range of japanese fabrics and I am chasing some more indigos and some taupes so fingers crossed please.

We're all going on a Winter holiday

TOMORROW

so exciting, well I am excited

we are packed,

dh asked why I was packing tonight

my reply was cause I have things to do tomorrow

and I had to make sure the girlies gave me clean clothes lol

with they did except Miss I who insisted that her jumpers

really weren't dirty which they were

so the last load is in the washing machine then I am turning it

off until we are home.

Mind you half of our bootload is to leave there

linen, a big frypan, coffee machine

Picking the girlies up at 1:30 will bring them home for a shower

and to get changed then we are off to say goodbye to

Gumdrops and Frumpa and off on our adventure about

3 o'clock.

Woo hoo I am excited.

Eden here we come :)

Sooooo

I am back for a wee while anywhile. Last time I blogged I was heading off to see dh for his birthday. Well I went and had a great time, drank way to much, met so many people, love the golf club lol, and for the record, I don't play gold nor do I wish to play golf lol lol lol.

The girlies and I head off again next Thursday for our road trip home in the early hours of the 11th (I think lol).

So what have I been doing, well no sewing not a stitch has been done but I will take my Tis the Season along and bluebirds and lolliops so I can stitch my nights away at DH's have a few hours to fill in on the ship so I shall sew my way to Melbourne.

I have been bitten by the Geneology bug, so thats been filling my nights, tracing my dads family tree, and my mums, now I have just been given another 3 families on my maternal grandfathers side to look into. Have to love ancestry.com.au makes it very easy.

I managed to make my 5% weighloss goal at ww this week, yay me I have another 4.2 kgs to go to 10% then I will work on 10% at a time til I get to the ellusive 68kgs...........

So I am still going to the gym everyday, today I had a personal training session with a girlfriend I swear I thought I was going to die and I am hoping I can raise my arms above my head tomorrow lol, he mde me lift 45kgs at a time.......

Slowly but surely I will get there.

Dh and I are taking the girlies on a 5hr walk in Eden from the Green Cape lighthouse

along the coastline, I can't remember where we end up.

I can already hear the complaints lol

I'm back phew

I have been trying to do a blogger post since the weekend but

blogger wouldn't let me.....

frustrating I can tell you

so whats going on in my house of girlies

I am flying to NSW on Friday, its a very last minute trip

as dh is the big 40 on Saturday, and I fly home again

on Monday

the girlies are going to Grandma and Grandpas for the

weekend so I can go, and a girlfriend is going to look

after the kitties and the naughty puppy.

then

June 2nd the girlies and I are off to NSW again, this time as

a suprise for dh, we are sailing on the Spirit of Tasmania June 2nd and

will drive to him on the 3rd, at this stage we will be sailing out of

Melbourne on the 13th home on the 14th.

But its a secret, the girlies will only know when we pull up at

the Spirit of Tasmania wharf in Devonport and dh will know

when we pull up outside his office :)

It wil be a big old adventure of the girl type lol

I just need to be able to get out of Melbourne and then it

should be ok.

Miss E gave me a voucher for

'A day of no talking' so I will be handing her that as we drive off the ship

in Melbourne.

I had a great mothers day apart from Miss E who had a touch

of gastro, nothing like vomit to remind you, that you are indeed

a mother lol.

No sewing going on, still doing Mother Goose, no more progress

on Tis the Season, and it is absolutely freezing here at the moment.

Will be back soon hopefully with some sewing/stitchng progress
