our rather easy on the eye plumber informed me that if we got 11 years out of the new one we would be laughing
I want 31 years out of it lol.
2 hours til we have hot water.....
and Toni blah the cold showers, ours just sprang a leak, unfortunately it sprang a leak about 12 months ago
31 years huh, what a shame it wasn't sooner and the "easy on the eye" plumber could have been round earlier to fix your leak.

31 years is fantastic... we only got 11 our of the last one and thought that was good with our water!
